This is a hands-on, educational, and deeply grounding experience—perfect for nature lovers, chefs, and the mushroom-curious alike. After the forage, head back to the restaurant for a light tasting menu highlighting the day’s finds and other local fungi. We’ll talk about preparation methods, safe harvesting, and even preservation tips. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable hiking shoes. Baskets and guidance provided.
